Scientific Games and Caesars launch sports betting in Mississippi

Launch takes advantage of newly regulated state

Scientific Games Corporation  has joined forces with Ceasars Entertainment to launch sports betting, powered by its world-class OpenBet™ product suite. Caesars’ Horseshoe Tunica Hotel & Casino played host to its inaugural bet on the 14th of August, ushering in a new era of sports betting for the newly regulated state of Mississippi.

Scientific Games’ deal with Caesars also includes solutions for its property in Atlantic City, New Jersey, which went live on July 30, 2018.
