iMovo teams up with DigitalGenius
iMovo enhances system with AI driven customer service platform
iMovo, a leader in Customer Experience Management (CEM) entered into a deal with DigitalGenius. The AI customer service platform will allow them to help organisations improve customer service operations, create new efficiencies, while also generating value and saving on expenditure.
The partnership between DigitalGenius and iMovo will see the two companies work with customers across several industries and markets, including iGaming, retail, utilities, financial services and the travel industry.
By combining iMovo’s deep expertise in CRM with DigitalGenius’s AI platform, customers will be able to benefit from introducing AI to rapidly reduce costs and enhance the customer service system.
